130m2 house totally renovated in 2016

The house is built from 30cm thermoarcilla and has a very good foundation and a strong and well isolated roof, living room, open kitchen, room upstairs/mezzanine, 2 rooms on ground level both with toilet and washing basin. One of the rooms has a big bath. In the other room there is a possibility to make a shower as all the connections are in place.

Next to the house there is a 18m2 storage as well as 2 smaller ‘casetas’ which are built in the same style as the house and where we keep fridge, freezer and washing machine.

Warm water is provided by a solar system and additional gas.

Septic tank for wastewater.

Electricity is provided by 15 solar panels. The  batteries (24V) are kept in another shed also built from thermoarcilla.

There is a spring which gives good water all summer long as well as the river which always has water.

There is also a underground water deposit with approximately 15000 liter.
